You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and a tracking number must be provided.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Used or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be issued via E-Transfer within 5 business days after we receive your returned item.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we can offer a replacement for the same item(s).
